Welcome to the Fox Street Village Tenants' Association.  Our mission is to further the community interests of our members in relation to Fox Street Village, including the maintenance and improvement of the amenities that affect them.

Latest Information

FTT applications

We have now submitted two sets of First Tier Tribunal ("FTT") applications against SGL1 Limited (the freeholder) and Xenia Estates Limited (the estate manager):

1. A s27A application (accompanied by a s20C application regarding costs) in relation to estate service charges for 2023 and 2024

2. A s27A application (accompanied by a s20C application regarding costs) in relation to estate service charges for 2025 and 2026, together with a s24 application for a tribunal-appointed estate manager

We are waiting to hear back from the FTT regarding these applications, but will provide updates as and when available.
